01The audit
Three phases. One visit in the middle.
No software to install. No workshop. We come to where the work happens, watch it, and write down what it costs.
02Phase 01 — before the visit
We learn the shape of your business first.
One call, about thirty minutes. Then we pick the week we visit — a normal one.
Not your busiest week, not your slowest. An audit of an unusual week produces unusual numbers, and unusual numbers are useless.
03Phase 02 — during the visit
We sit with the work, not in a conference room.
We shadow each role while they do the actual job. When a task looks slow, repeated, or error-prone, it gets an entry. Where we can, we time it with a stopwatch — more than once. Where we cannot, we say so, and the figure is marked as an estimate.
Your team keeps working. No meetings, no surveys, and nobody away from their desk for more than a question or two. The best data comes from a normal day, so we protect the normal day.
Visit length depends on headcount and how many distinct roles you run. In practice that is one to three days on site.
04Phase 03 — after the visit
You get a report you can check.
Numbers we are unsure about trigger a follow-up call, not a guess.

The walkthrough ends the audit. If you want help fixing anything the report found, that is a separate conversation — after delivery, priced from the report's own numbers. We do not publish a turnaround we have not tested on real audits; you get the delivery date in writing before we start.
05Where things stand
Five statuses. You always know which one you are in.
Ask us any time; the answer will be one word from this list.
Statuses only move forward. If a visit needs a second day, we tell you before the first day ends — not after.
06What we never do
Four rules we do not bend.
If any of these happens on your audit, you have grounds to end it on the spot.
